马来西亚我的第二家园（MM2H）是马来西亚政府推出的一项计划，旨在吸引外国人到马来西亚居住和退休。该计划由马来西亚政府于 2002 年设立，旨在推广马来西亚作为外国人长期居住的理想目的地。MM2H 提供多种福利和优惠，鼓励外籍人士将马来西亚作为他们的第二故乡。
MM2H 项目特色
可续签五年签证
MM2H 项目首次获批为期五年，并可每五年申请续签一次。
离岸收入免税
汇入马来西亚的养老金免征税。
高批准率
MM2H 因其显著的高批准率而享有良好声誉。
附属家庭成员
申请人可将配偶及未满 34 岁且未婚的子女列为受养人。
全程零风险保障
资金以申请人名义存入定期存款，同时获得利息收益。
自由出行
MM2H 在马来西亚半岛提供灵活签证安排，无需指定居住地点或定期报到。
房产购买
MM2H 参与者可在马来西亚购房，持 MM2H 签证可提升贷款批准和融资便利。
家务助理
每位申请人可根据移民局规定雇佣一名家务助理。
Legal documents, such as copies of marriage certificates, birth certificates, household or family registration certificates, adoption papers, custody letters, and police clearance letters (no criminal record), must be certified by a Malaysian Embassy abroad before they can be submitted. This ensures the authenticity of the documents and that they have not been tampered with.
The following terms may be used interchangeably, depending on the country and its legal system:

You have two options:
Option 1 – Apply for & Certifiy an Extract
Contact the embassy of the country that issued the marriage and birth certificates to apply for an extract or household/family registration certificate. If the extracts are not in English or Malay, they must be translated by a professional translator certified by the respective country’s embassy.
Have the extract and its translation certified by the embassy of the country that issued them.
Option 2 – Certify a Photocopy of the Marriage and Birth Certificates:
Make a photocopy of the original marriage and birth certificates. If the certificates are not in English or Malay, they must be translated by a professional translator certified by the respective country’s embassy.
Have the photocopies and its translation certified by the embassy of the country that issued them.
Note: This scenario does not apply to police clearance letters (no criminal record or Letter of Good Conduct), as well as marriage and birth certificates, and household/family registration certificates issued by China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Brazil, Ireland, and the United Kingdom.
For these countries, certification must be completed at their Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Malaysian Embassy/High Commission/Consulate in their respective country (refer to Scenario 3).
You have two options:

Book an appointment with the Malaysian Embassy / High Commission / Consulate in Country A. Bring the extract and its translation to the Malaysian Embassy / High Commission / Consulate for certification.
Option 2 – Certify a Photocopy of the Marriage and Birth Certificates:
Make a photocopy of the original marriage and birth certificates. If the certificates are not in English or Malay, they must be translated by a professional translator certified by the respective country’s embassy.
Schedule an appointment with Country B’s Embassy in Country A and request certification of the documents and its translation (confirm any additional documents required in advance).
Book an appointment with the Malaysian Embassy / High Commission / Consulate in Country A. Submit the certified documents and its translation to the Malaysian Embassy / High Commission / Consulate for further certification.
Note: This scenario does not apply to police clearance letters (no criminal record or Letter of Good Conduct), as well as marriage and birth certificates, and household/family registration certificates issued by China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Brazil, Ireland, and the United Kingdom.

Make a photocopy of the original marriage and birth certificates. If the certificates are not in English or Malay, they must be translated by a professional translator certified by the respective country’s government.
Book an appointment with your home country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Request certification of your documents including its translation (check what other documents you may need to bring).
Make an appointment with the Malaysian Embassy / High Commission / Consulate in your home country. Present the certified documents and its translation for further certification.
